Chicken Breast
- 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 1 egg, boiled and cut in half
- 1/2 chicken breast
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Prepare a pot, pour in the right amount of water and put in chicken breast. Boil it and then strain it out, sliced it and put in a plate.

Place the chopped avocado and egg on the plate.

Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, as desired.
