  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 box of tofu, sliced
  • 1 egg, boiled and cut in half
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1/4 purple cabbage, sliced
  • 1/2 chicken breast
  • 2 white mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups of quinoa, fully cooked
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare a pot, pour in the right amount of water and pour in all the vegetables and quinoa. Boil them and then strain them out onto a plate.

Cook the chicken breasts in a pan, then strain out, cut into strips and place on the plate.

Place the chopped avocado and egg on the plate.

Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, as desired.
